offshore banking business "offshore banking business" means- (a) the business of receiving deposits on current account, deposit account, savings account or any other account as may be specified by the Bank; (b) an offshore investment banking business; (c) subject to such terms and conditions as the Bank may specify, an Islamic banking business; or (d) such other business as the Bank, with the approval of the Minister, may specify, in any currency other than Malaysian currency; [Subs.
